1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and okbaji ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing any part of the okbaji website or mobile platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Account Registration

4 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may be subject to a standard processing period of up to 48 hours, though okbaji endeavours to complete the majority of withdrawal requests within 24 hours for verified accounts.

• Bonus funds must meet applicable wagering requirements before they become withdrawable.
• okbaji reserves the right to conduct enhanced due-diligence checks on large withdrawal requests.
• Withdrawals to payment methods not used for deposits require additional verification.
• Any withdrawal found to relate to fraudulent activity will be voided and the account closed.

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.

• Allowing any third party to access or use your account.
• Placing bets on behalf of or in the interest of another person using your own account.

8 Game Rules and Betting Markets

All games available on the okbaji Platform — including but not limited to slots, live casino tables, crash games, and sports betting markets — are governed by their respective individual game or market rules in addition to these general Terms. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, the individual game rules will prevail in respect of gameplay mechanics; these Terms will prevail in all other respects.

Sports betting markets are subject to settlement rules appropriate to each sport and market type. okbaji reserves the right to void any bet placed on an incorrectly priced market, a suspended market, or a market in which a material error has occurred. Bets placed after an event has commenced — where in-play betting is not explicitly offered — will be voided.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the okbaji Platform, including but not limited to the okbaji brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, images, and game assets, is the exclusive property of okbaji or its licensed third-party providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe) and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. 10 Limitation of Liability

12 Account Closure and Termination

Any real-money balance remaining in a closing account (after deduction of any pending bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within a standard processing period. okbaji may suspend or terminate your account at any time without prior notice if it determines that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraud, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulation.

13 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with generally accepted principles of international online gaming law.
